For executives and members of corporate bodies, we clarify their respective legal status and the appropriate scope of engagement.
For spouses and parents, matters may concern agreements, separation, divorce or responsibility for their children. We clarify whose interests we represent. For asset transfers, we link family law questions with succession planning.
Companies, shareholders and management have different rights and obligations. We support formations, investments and succession from the perspective of the party instructing us. In business acquisitions, we distinguish the buyer's and seller's objectives.
