We support clients in Northern Germany and work digitally throughout Germany. Many matters can be discussed by telephone or video call. In-person appointments at our office in Bargteheide take place by arrangement.
The appropriate format depends on the task. Court hearings, required originals and statutory formalities may necessitate additional steps. We clarify this for the specific instructions.
Private individuals
Provide a contact address accessible only to authorised people. We agree in advance whether relatives or other trusted people will join a conversation.
Companies and institutions
We agree contacts, approvals and recipient groups. For confidential staffing, management or shareholder matters, it is particularly important to clarify who may receive information.

- Agree the transmission method with us before sending large volumes of files or particularly sensitive material.
- Send legible, complete documents, including attachments. Keep originals and evidence of service.
- Where possible, name files with a date and a clear title. Identify drafts, signed versions and subsequent amendments.
- Summarise new developments briefly. Include our file reference once you have received one.
HANDLING INFORMATION WITH CARE
Confidential matters need
an appropriate channel.
Professional confidentiality and careful handling of information are integral to client work. The appropriate communication channel also depends on the sensitivity of the documents and the people involved.
Ordinary emails are not automatically end-to-end encrypted. For health data, trade secrets or other particularly sensitive content, we therefore agree the method of exchange in advance. We do not need login details or passwords for your own accounts.
