YOUR MATTER
The driver, vehicle keeper and owner need not be the same person. Injured parties, businesses and insurers also have different positions. We clarify these roles before assessing claims or available options.
We assist with accidents, vehicle contracts and administrative measures. This also applies to cyclists, pedestrians and riders. Your actual involvement and the rights affected determine the assessment; use of a car is not assumed.
We assist with the procurement, leasing and use of business vehicles. In accidents, we consider ownership, keeper status and business use. Contract terms, responsibilities and possible recourse issues are brought together.
We review vehicle and repair contracts and handle losses for your organisation. Where allegations or driving licence issues concern individuals, their own legal position is considered separately. An engagement by an organisation does not automatically include personal representation of everyone involved.
OUR SERVICES
We assess both the pursuit of your own claims and responses to claims and allegations. Ownership, use and responsibility provide different starting points.
Clarifying events and the contributions of those involved.
We advise injured parties on possible compensation claims, and those facing claims on assessing their responsibility and possible objections. We analyse the accident, evidence and parties' roles. Keepers, drivers and owners are distinguished. Accidents involving cyclists, pedestrians, riders or animals are also assessed according to the applicable bases of liability and the specific circumstances.
Preparing clearly supported heads of loss.
We help injured parties legally assess repairs, diminished value, loss of use and personal injury. When claims are brought, we examine the individual items and supporting evidence. Your own vehicle damage cover is considered separately from the liability of the other party to the accident. We assist with correspondence with those involved and insurers, and coordinate necessary expert input.
Examining the agreed condition and actual state.
We advise buyers on defects, promised characteristics and possible claims after purchase. We help sellers draft contracts and assess complaints. We consider the advertisement, contract, handover and subsequent findings together. Private and commercial transactions may be subject to different rules; guarantees and statutory defect rights are assessed separately.
Assessing use and final charges against the contract.
We assist lessees with contract terms, defects and returning a vehicle. We advise lessors and other parties on their own contractual positions. We examine mileage, wear and tear, damage and the basis of additional charges. The supply contract, lease and any insurance are not treated as equivalent, but considered in their interaction.
Comparing the instruction, work and invoice.
We help vehicle keepers and customers with repair scope, delays and defects. We advise workshops on structuring work orders, remuneration and assessing complaints. We examine estimates, approvals and documentation. In disputes over the technical cause or quality of work, we clarify the need for expert assistance.
Carefully assessing the allegation and stage of proceedings.
We assist affected individuals with traffic-related administrative offences and assess possible consequences. We review the notice, case file and specific allegation. For driving bans, we consider the legal requirements and personal or professional effects. Whether a measure can be challenged or its timing influenced depends on the individual case.
Legally assessing the authority's requirements.
We advise driving licence holders and applicants on administrative measures, fitness-to-drive issues and possible reissue of a licence. We examine the grounds, documents requested and stage of proceedings. Medical or psychological assessments are conducted by the responsible specialists; we assist with the legal aspects. Driving bans and licence revocation are considered separately in terms of their requirements and consequences.
Connecting procurement, use and responsibility.
We assist businesses and institutions with vehicle contracts, internal usage rules and handling losses. We advise responsible individuals or employees under their own engagement on claims brought against them. Keeper duties, handovers and recourse issues are assessed against the actual organisation. Employment law issues are also considered separately where necessary.
WORKING TOGETHER
We distinguish accident claims, contractual questions and administrative proceedings. This allows the steps and deadlines relevant to your matter to be addressed first.
We record the accident or contract, the people involved and your position. For official notices, service and deadlines are checked first.
We review evidence and clarify which files or expert reports are required. We discuss the claim, opposing position, approach and costs.
We conduct the agreed correspondence and represent your interests in the appropriate proceedings. Any settlement is assessed against the scope and consequences of its terms.
